Ohhhhhh. I get it now. Thanks for the easy explanation.

Note, all that presumes there is still liquid phase CO2 within the cylinder. The roll-off seen at the left end of the plot gets into what happens when the liquid eventually dwindles to where it has all evaporated into gas...
