I have been fermenting in buckets and want to switch to corny kegs.

I can get 5 gallon kegs for about $45/each. I found a 10 gallon keg for $100.

I am thinking the 10 gallon might be a really good fermentor choice. I could put up to 9 gallons in it, but it would be more difficult to move. I am also a little concerned about getting replacement parts such as dip tubes.

Is it realistic to lift a 9 gallons of beer into a chest freezer/fermentor? I don't brew in the same room I ferment in, so I can't transfer wort directly into the fermentation chamber.

What do you all think?

I answered my own question. I just visited the guy who is selling the 10 gallon keg. There is no way I want to lift 9 gallons. I will try 5 gallons instead.
