pressure doesnt really mean anything, you need to know the weight of the liquid inside.

Pressure is solely a function of temperature assuming there is a mix of phases
 
On the side of the cylinder there should be a TW XX-X ( the first digit(s) are the lbs, the dash is the decimal point and the last digit is the oz.) stamped with digits after it. that is the wight of the cylinder empty. If you have a scale weigh it and subtract the TW and you will have the remaining volume of liquid Co2.
