5-gal Carboys

I'm looking at buying a wine kit that makes 6 gallons of wine (like Vinters Reserve, et al)...

However, all I've got are a bunch of 5 gal carboys and a 6 gal ale-pale. Can I use a 6 gallon wine kits in the 5 gal carboys or do I need to really invest in a couple more 6 gal carboys?

Just throw it in the ale pail. You can get a carboy later. With wine same as with beer. It wont matter greatly that its in the ale pale.
