Finished with my keezer build. 4 taps, glycol-chilled tower, and built-in glass rinser drain. All the water, drain, CO2, and chiller water are housed internally.

Using a pond pump to push the chilled water in a 1 gallon plastic container between kegs. Using a draft system cleaning can for the rinser and a coupler, powered by CO2. Drain is another 1 gallon plastic container housed inbetween kegs.

Cheers to a project completed I've imagined for quite some time.

Very nice - love the rinser implementation. :mug:

Curious about the "glycol chilling" - clearly there's no trunk line, so did you wrap copper around the faucet shanks, or...?
Also is the gap around the collar/lid interface so tight you didn't need a gasket?

Cheers!

The tower has glycol lines running through it.

I put a fairly thick adhesive foam seal around the top of the freezer for the wood to sit on.

Could you explain what "running through it" actually means? Because lots of us run t-towers and might be interested in fluid cooling.
Also, the collar/lid interface doesn't appear to have anything other than bare wood on both surfaces (ie: not the collar/freezer interface)...

Cheers!

The tower is setup as a glycol-chilled tower. It already has the piping in place and running around the short faucet shank to keep the wjole tower cooled. Not all towers are setup for glycoln but often have that option when purchasing.

The wood collar being made of 2x6s is under a 3/4" oak top with about a quarter inch of bar top epoxy. I have a piano hinge at the back of the bar top. Works great!

Where does the glass rinser drain to?
Hey AkTom,
It drains through that 1/2" silicone hose into a 1 gallon container with screw-top lid I drilled a hole and attached a 1/2" grommet and pushed a 1/2" stainless barbed piece in from inside to keep it sealed. It fits nicely between two kegs.
