It is a Recipator format in WORD and doesn't copy and paste well in here.

Carbing in the Kegerator: Pale Ale and Hefeweizen
Secondary: Brown Ale
Primary on Hold: Stout
Primary to Secondary: Some kinda Belgian tossed together with currants in it.
Primary: Dubbel
So again, something for this weekend, and something for next... All ideas appreciated.

Yes but a free home brew kit is not free beer. There is the time to make it, the cost to boil it, and the bottling expenses to consider. Still given that the ingredients were free it might make a good beer for any BMC swilling friends.98EXL said:Free beer, is well, free beer!
My SWMBO Slayer is low on bitterness and very smooth (and slightly sweet). The Belgian Wit yeast is the key. Check out my sig below...there's an extract version as well. Pic's are free...Accoustiknoyz said:Ok I'm jumping in as well. I just bottled the IPA that I'd been making. Now I'm looking for another idea as well. Not big on Stouts or Porters. I was looking for something with a sweet malty taste and a creamy head in the glass but not one that keeps you from pouring it. I think I made a trappist ale once that had the sort of flavor but not sure I made it authentic. I'd be looking for an EXTRACT based brew with maybe some crystal grain added? Ideas?
