DIY kit 30a stainless steel panel, used multiple times. getting out of brewing

will include a ~15' power cord, 2x 5500 watt heating elements, one stainless one not. both with 1-1/2" tri-clamp fittings.

i will include 3x 1/2 inch MPT x 1-1/2 inch RTD100 Temperature Probes however i was having issues with inaccuracies or error readings using some cables, this could be due to cable or sensor. at least 1x works.
