This was my first BIAB recipe which I did not get in a kit of any sort, and entirely collected the ingredients on my own.
Grain:
3lbs Weyermann Pale Wheat
2lbs Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner
1lb Flaked Oats
Hops:
US Saaz Hop Pellets - 1 oz
Extras:
.5oz Crushed Coriander Seed
.5oz Dried Bitter Orange PEel
1 Sachet of Trader Joe's Chamomile Tea
Yeast:
Safbrew T-58 Ale Dry Yeast

Pre boil volume: 5.25 Gallons
Post boil volume: 3.75 Gallons
Into the fermenter: 3 Gallons
The Biab Mash:
20 Min @ 122F
60 Min @ 152F
10 Min @ 170F
The Boil:
1 oz Saaz @ 60 Min
.5 oz Coriander @ 10 Min
.5 oz Bitter Orange Peel @ 1 Min
1 Chamomile Sachet @ 1 Min

Will bottle in about 2 weeks. But so far it is fermenting away in the basement!
According to brewers friend I should end up around:
FG: 1.013
ABV: 5.17%
IBU: 26.57
SRM: 3.38
