3 Different Half Ounce Hop Sacks

Ok, help me please...planning on brewing a pale ale tomorrow/today...which hops when/for how long?

.5 oz centinnial pellet
.5 oz cascade pellet
.5 oz palisade pellet

I'm only brewing about 2-3 gallons...

Well I'd suggest using the Centennial hops for bittering (60min), Palisade for flavoring (20min), and Cascade for aroma(1min). But I'm crazy

Should I leave the hop sacks in with the fermenter after boiling?
