3 Days into my second batch...

Everything went off without out a hitch this time. My first batch I made a lot of mistakes. The second time everything went so much smoother. I'm doing the A-to-Z Brown Ale from Extreme Home Brewing. Almost nailed the Estimated OG. Book said it should have been 1.072 and I was at 1.074. What a great hobby this is!

Exactly! A lot of my favorite hobbies include drinking. I find the brewing satisfying and enjoyable. The fact that I can drink this hobby...priceless.
