Just curious what you guys are getting for brew house efficiency. My first batch I had 78% but that feels really high. I made a few mistakes and ended up having a long mash. I had some hot water I dumped over the grains since my system couldn't do a full volume mash.
 
Hard to say without knowing more details about your process, grain bill, strike volume, sparge volume, pre-boil gravity, pre-boil volume, and mash efficiency. The trub volume that gets included in brewhouse efficiency muddies the waters.

Nice setup. That's one huge exhaust fan...that's probably the most expensive piece of equipment in that room.

It is unfortunately. I dont have windows in that room and didn't want mildew issues. Also keeps the rest of the house not smelling like beer. 10" fan can move some serious air.
