Hi all

This one has probably been beat dead but wondering about storing some 2row malt. I have a bag in a bigger tote and it has been sitting in my crawl space which is dry but roughly +17- +20C my other option is to cold store it in the shed but it is a very cold -20C - -30C. What would you do in this situation?

Thanks!

Either or. The trick is to use it up before it has any chance of "going bad". Grain will last for many months if kept from being too warm and, more importantly, damp. Mostly just keep it dry. However, freezing will kill any bugs living in the grain, if you care about that.
