I think it looks AMAZING; super steam-punk looking brew kettle.

Fully steam jacketed? -AMAZING -what are you currently using to power this?

Initially I thought it looked like a lot of the UK-based breweries that are started from Grundy tanks with insulation wrapped around them, a "ring" welded to the bottom and then copper or wood cladding put around the insulation, but fully steam jacketed is super interesting. -Interested in how a home brewer could provide adequate quantities of steam to it, though.
