Who else on here is entering beer into this competition? Its my first comp so I'm pretty excited to see what people have to say about my beer.

I'm going to be entering my Yeti clone, category 13F in that one. Hopefully my beer carbs up, it's been like 2 months and only a little psst. Not sure how much they ding for that.

It's also my first competition, so I'm not expecting to win. But it would be nice to not get last....

I'll be judging. It's usually a good judging crowd.

Low carb on a thick beer like Yeti might hurt flavor, mouthfeel, and aroma scores, as it's important both for balance and lifting the complex aromatics.

I was on specialty and BOS, which had some very tasty beers. Results aren't released yet, so I can't mention winners.

Do you know when they will post results? Information is super vague and scattered all around for this comp.

I guess I do!

"The award ceremony this year will be held in conjunction with Left Hand Brewing’s Hops & Handrails festival on March 29th. The award ceremony will begin at approximately 3pm, but the schedule hasn’t been confirmed just yet. Check out the competition site or www.indianpeaksalers.org for more detail when we get closer to the event date."

note: don't actually check .indianpeaksalers.org, there isn't more detail there :D

Yea that's all the info I could find too lol, would be nice if they said the winner before hand so like if I won, not happening, I could be there for the "ceremony"
