Just saw it on the shelf at my local beer shop for the first time, $10.99 a bottle.

Anyone tried this?

Had it a few says ago. It's good and hoppy. A touch grassy but not overly for a wet hopped beer. It also has a rich body and chewy mouthfeel. It's very much a Sierra beer. If you like celebration and harvest you will enjoy estate. However harvest is very similar and about half the price.

I have drank plenty of this stuff, it is as stated above very rich malt flavor and nicely balanced. It is a bit pricey for what it is but it is of very limited quantity. We have tried it with the n. hemi and the estate has a much better malt profile but both excellent beers.

I had it the other night, too...good stuff. I love this time of year with all the Wet Hop beers available...can't wait to do my own next year with my own hops...

I enjoyed last years a bit more. This years seems to have less of a flavor addition and more bittering. It was definately crisp and reminded me a little bit of the Goose Island IPA in terms of the flavors. Can't wait for the Celebration Ale... should be any day now.
What hops are you growing?

I have two bottles. Very tasty. Does anyone think there would be any benefit in aging a bottle for six months or longer. It might lose some hoppiness I suppose.
