So i brought home 20#s of nibs that got whirlpooled for 30 mins.
They are still wet and hot right meow. What the hell am i going to do with them?

drain the liquor, add vodka to sterilize and store in a mason jar?

or better yet, add vodka as is and close the lid, let sit for a day or two THEN drain off the liquor and store

Its about a milk crate full maybe 24-48 quart jars (a lot) but i certainly could can some/ store some in different liquors for different brews . thanks for the input any other suggestion? dry it out? freeze it? make chocolate( i dunno how to do that)?

I would freeze all of it and use later. I think you could still extract some flavours from those using vodka or any hard liqour, to use in Porters,. Stouts, Brown ales, etc.

You could also use for chocolate and /or granola/musli, so you definitely have a lot of options. Bake some cakes... If you like cocoa, then your imagination is the limit.
