CUSTOM 20 GALLON NANO BREW STAND AND ALL EQUIPMENT LISTED BELOW:
$2500.00 Firm in Price - Already considerably discounted from original asking price. NO parting out.
This is a custom built brew stand made of heavy duty 1-1/4" 304 stainless steel mounted on 4 heavy duty, full swivel, non-marring, locking casters. Stand contains three 220,000 BTU fast, efficient and quiet cast iron burners with three way gas manifold and regulator. Propane tank not included.
A mounted garden hose connection to a 10" cartridge water filter and valved garden hose wye for attaching two hoses at the same time. (One for general cleaning and one for chiller.)
Electrical control panel with dual 120v switched outlets for pumps, power supply indicator light and pump power indicator light.
Unit is 24" wide, 72" long and 29" high.
Complete unit includes:
1 -20 gl, Heavy Duty brushed stainless steel HLT with lid, 3" dial thermometer, 1/2" 3-piece full port stainless steel ball valve, sight glass with return, additional port near the top and an additional thermowell near the bottom for thermometer when brewing 5 gl batches.
1 -20 gl Heavy Duty brushed stainless steel Mash Tun with lid, stainless false bottom, 3" dial thermometer, 1/2" 3-piece full port stainless steel ball valve, sparge hose, extra port near the top and extra thermowell near the bottom,
1 - 20 gl, Heavy Duty brushed stainless steel Brew Kettle with lid, 3" dial thermometer, 1/2" 3-piece full port stainless steel ball valve and extra port at the top.
2 - Chugger pumps with high temperature stainless heads and 1/2" 3-piece full port stainless steel ball valves on pump outlets with 1/2" camlock couplings.
All ports, pumps, kettles and silicone tubing are fitted with 1/2" stainless cam lock couplings. Three cam lock caps provided to cover port(s) not being used.
These kettles are very heavy as is the stand. All kettles have a thick and heavy aluminum disc enclosed in the base to efficiently distribute heat. They are 21" in diameter and 16" tall. They weigh about 25# empty. Due to the weight and size, shipping is not recommended.
This unit was only used for 4 batches. Moving soon and need to sell.
