I have a PTE grain bill I ordered June 1st in my keezer. It's been close to 34-36°F the entire time along with my hops.

I'd like to brew it in the next couple weeks. Will the grains still be good?

More importantly than temp, have they been kept dry? If so, run with it. I've used crushed grain quite a bit older than that and not had issues, but I keep mine in Rubbermaid/Tupperware containers.

Thanks for asking I have some crushed grain that is at least 3 weeks old and was curious. They have been kept dry in sealed bags.

I've brewed with year+ old crushed grains before and it turned out fine (I have a hard time turning down free stuff!)
As long as they are stored properly - dry, airtight, cool, dark - it should be fine.

I opened up some grains Id stored for two months, and after thinking I was seeing things I poured some in a bowl and realized I was seeing tons of tiny bugs. Do a bug/mold check on old grains, and if ok use them. Name the beer "Yee Old Ale"....
