2 Level, Dual Zone Fermentation Cabinet

Anyone have any experience with a kombucha fermentation cabinet or build of any kind...? Considering buying materials to make something big enough to fit 12-16 oz swing tops, 2-1 gallon jars, and my big 2 gallon bulk fermentation vessel. I have a reasonable idea of materials that I'd need just need to finalize the calculation, materials needed and estimate my costs based on that and see what I can come up with. Saw something similar in a brewing thread it's much too large and the wrong kind of temp for fermentation that I'd want.
