1st time dry hopping without a bag. Messy top. (question)

See attached. 3 days later and all this gunk is floating on top. I gently tried to shake it around. Will this fall when I cold crash a few days?

I'm going to attempt my 1st closed transfer (fermzilla keg transfer kit). I don't want this at the top when I do that.

fwiw, I find during a cold crash all of the pellet mush will drop at around 50°F...
