Congrats! I've been wanting to brew a wee heavy for a while now and I think I just found my recipe. :mug:

Enjoy it. It tastes good, my only criticism is that I bottle condition and I could've been a touch more carbonated.

Congrats, love me a good Wee Heavy!

We made some back in Jan that turned out so well as a first effort that we didn't manage to let any age... One key ingredient IMO was a touch of peated malt (8oz for a 5-gal batch)... added some nice peaty-ness, a touch of smoky, almost enough to think you poured a touch of scotch in there, yet not!

I've been looking for a good wee heavy to make. Think ill try this one. I was wondering what yeast you used. Congrats also.
