So first time posting and first time brewer. I made a brown ale kept it in primary for a week then secondary for another 2 then bottled for about 3 weeks. It turned out sour almost to the taste of la folie without the complexity. Is it still safe to drink? Obviously somewhere down the line it got infected but its still palpable.
 
From what I understand, nothing that can live in homebrew's Ph can kill you, so if it tastes good, drink it! I wish I could make anything close to La Folie in 5 weeks! :mug: I'm gearing up for a La Folie clone that will take an entire year!
 
Yeah its not totally like la folie but its closeto the sourness.
