Today was Brewday, 1st one in a Long time and 1st BIAB. I did a Modified version of the Cream of 3 Crops that I call Kensington Kream Ale. I add Honey malt and some honey at flameout. I slammed my Mash Efficiency with a post boil of 1.053. The wort is cooling now. I should be able to pitch my yeast by about 2ish
