Hi everyone! I've been lurking around here for a few months trying to learn as much as I can, and I can't thank you all for the experience you've poured (pun intended) out for all of us to learn from! This is my first post, and I am excited to bottle my first beer, a Belgian Dubbel. From my research and calculations on BeerSmith 2, it looks like I want a carb volume between 2.5 - 3.2. At 70 degrees, it looks like my corn sugar primer would be at 5.27 oz if I shoot for the middle of the carb vol numbers. My question is, does this look correct or am I going to blow things up? Thank you you all for any help! I'm totally all-in on this addiction!
Cheers!
