Wanted to make a braggot style, but ignored BJCP guidelines as they classify it as a mead...anyways, here's my 1G Sample Recipe....
Recipe Specifications

Batch Size: 1.00 gal
Boil Size: 1.10 gal
Estimated OG: 1.077 SG
Estimated Color: 10.6 SRM
Estimated IBU: 35.1 IBU
Brewhouse Efficiency: 75.00 %
Boil Time: 60 Minutes

Ingredients:

1 lbs Maris Otter (Crisp) (4.0 SRM) Grain 40.00 %
8.0 oz Honey Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain 20.00 %
0.25 oz Fuggles [6.00 %] (60 min) Hops 25.8 IBU
0.25 oz Fuggles [6.00 %] (10 min) Hops 9.3 IBU
1 lbs Honey (1.0 SRM) Sugar 40.00 %
1 Pkgs Nottingham (Danstar #-) Yeast-Ale


Mash Schedule: Temperature Mash, 1 Step, Full Body
Total Grain Weight: 1.50 lb

Kinda forgot about this guy...it did turn out very tasty. Not much by way of head, but you could always fix that.

Yeah just finished the last bottle the other night. If I had a draft system, this would be heavy in the rotation. maybe with a bit added to the grain bill so I could give it some head.
