most are 15 psi, making a boil temp of 250

I have never had a pressure cooker before, so its hard to compare, but I picked this up for $15 on the clearance racks at BB&B, and I'm happy with it. Thus far, I've only cooked artichokes, and if that gives perspective on size - we'd have to scrunch in four, and we usually only cook two. Three could work, but they'd be stacked. I'm not sure how that all factors in for yeast ranching, but it gives some perspective.

As far as quality, it seems reasonable for the price. The lid locking feels "gritty" for lack of a better word, but that's because the metal isn't very smooth/polished, just kind of rough sanded. The two-level locking mechanism also feels a bit cheap, but again, for the price, I didn't care.
