12 Days of Christmas - Suggestions?

So, I realize there's already a tradition of putting together Randy Mosher's 12 Beers of Christmas.

However, I was wondering this morning if I could come up with beers to represent the song lyrics.

Here's my brainstorm:

Partridge in a Pear Tree (Pear Cider)
Turtle Doves (choco, caramel, pecan stout? Quad? Dubbel? Doppelbock?)
French Hens (Bier de garde or saison)
Colly Birds (Blackbirds) (Quad?BDSA)
Golden Rings (BGSA)
Geese a laying (Gose/Geueze)
Swans a swimming (Black IPA)
Maids a milking (Milk stout)
Ladies dancing (?)
Lords leaping (RIS)
Pipers piping (Scotch Ale)
Drummers drumming (?)
