Still slowly working my way through these brews...the Caramel Quad is very nice! Quite a bit lighter in color than the one I brewed a few years ago, but has a very similar aroma and flavor...very rich malty caramel, Belgian yeast character and esters on the finish.

Getting ready for the Super Bowl... The Cherry Dubbel! Very pretty red hue, the cherry flavor and a refreshing tartness hits first then the malt moves down the palate.
I'm going to say the color of this beer is cheering for the team that wears red!

I'm making this for 12 Beers 2017. Any recommendations? It the tart overwhelming?

No, not in the slightest! I'd definitely take recipe advice from mike_23us on this one!

Just about game time, and last but not least is the Juniper Rye Bock! There's a caramel sweetness, the juniper is subtle...and was this oaked? There's almost a burbouny aroma and flavor in there....
