11oz Packet of Notty enough?

I've read a lot about Nottingham lately, and I'm going to try it on my next batch tomorrow. It's an imperial brown with an OG of 1.082. Do you think one 11oz packet of Nottingham is enough for that strong of beer? I'm doing a 5 gallon batch.

You mean 11g packet, right?

It would probably manage but it is underpitching, two packets would be more advisable, properly rehydrated.
