I bought these awhile back with intention to use them. I'm looking to buy an Oak Barrel, so I'd like to get rid of the 10 gallon kegs.

I have 3, they are all in good shape. One has a small dent in the side. All I know about them is that they are 10 gal Stainless Steel kegs out of Europe.

Anyone know of a fair price I could ask for these?

Thanks in advance! :mug:

Hmm... maybe they're more uncommon than I thought.

I wouldn't know where to get fittings for them, but I'm sure they could be converted to kettles even if they are only 10 gallons. Maybe?

If they don't use standard sanke fittings selling them could be an issue. Also you will have to sell them locally since shipping would be a deal breaker. Put an add in craiglist and ask oh I would say at least $50 a piece for them if you are really bent on selling them.

I agree about making a brewing system out of them or you could use them as fermenters.

Good to know. I figured the fittings might pose an issue. I own a Brew Magic, so I don't need any kettles... I'll post them locally and maybe another homebrewer can use them for a system.

If nothing else, maybe I'll see what I can find for bungs and use them as fermenters.

You should be able to stretch a carboy cap over the bung like with regular sanke kegs.

You're right! I just tried it... It's a TIGHT fit, but I'm going to leave it on for a bit to make sure it doesn't pop off.

Well, If I don't sell them it looks like I can do some nice 10 gallon batches :mug:
