What kind of equipment do you guys have that do 10 gallon batches? I have a 15 gallon pot with a Blichmann burner and have done several 10 gallon batches, but I still have to lift and pour the water for my strike/sparge water. When it comes to getting the cooled wort into the fermenters I have to use an autosiphon to fill the first, then can pour the remaining 5 gallons into my bucket. I burned the **** out of my arm this past weekend pouring the sparge water so I think it's time I step up my game. What do I need to get rid of lifting?

or a gravity feed stand. I tried that pouring once....fear leads to invention :)

I picked up some 1/2" silicone tubing for use with the ball valve on my kettle. It may leave ~1/2 a gal in there but I can easily pour that in later.

at least in theory - it is untested as of now. You can pick up a bulkhead, valve, and tubing for maybe $55 at barganfittings

If you know someone with a shop they could drill a hole for you.

i would never try doing 10 gallons without ball valves and either pumps or gravity feeding. this generally implies building a brew stand: either a single-tier (with pumps) or a 2-tier (gravity).
