10 c.f. freezer question

Will a 10 c.f freezer hold a 1/2 barrel commercial keg in addition to 2-3 corny kegs? My dad will NOT drink real beer but loves bud select.

Looks like it, but it does require different connections than a corny.

You could also Shunt the 1/2BBL to corny's But then you need 3 corny's.
