I am planning a new 10 bbl system, that is capable of quickly and accurately raising temps for step mashing. I was thinking this could be done using a boiler and heat exchanger that the wort could be pumped through. Does anyone know of a system like this? I am looking to get pump sizes, exchanger, and boiler size if so. I am a pipe fitter, so putting it all together is no big deal, just would like to skip engineering costs if someone already has this info. Thanks a lot

10 Gallons or BBL?

If bbl then this may be the wrong forum. Probrewer may be a better place to ask that question.
