So I just threw together my first all grain recipe and it's a 1 gallon batch so can you guys tell me what you think since I have no idea what I'm doing? First off I've never had perle hops so that's the hop I'm going with.
2 lbs standard 2 row
10oz Munich type 1
(possible little bit of extra light DME) have some laying around.
.50oz perle @ 60 minutes left in the boil
.25oz perle @ 5 minutes left in the boil
.25oz dry hopped for approximately 7 days.
Yeast will be US-05 more than likely
Does this sound anywhere near a real recipe? Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!
