Does anyone have a good 1 gallon AG recipe or no where I can find one for a nice smooth American light beer?

Are you looking for a recipe for light American lager or just an ale that is not too heavy?

This one fits the second class, there is a 10gal recipe so all you need to do is divide by 10

If you want a drier beer maybe skip the carapils and crystal 10 and use base malt in it's place or add some corn or cane sugar.

If smooth means less bitter skip the 35 and 20min hop additions

I recently did a german leichtbier, but the bitterness is more than an American light beer. This would be how I would modify that beer to be an American light lager recipe.

Assuming 65%BHE
1gal into the fermentor
1037 OG
1006 FG
11.9IBU
4%ABV
mash 150
ferment with American lager yeast or a clean Ale yeast like US-05

1lb 2 row
8oz Vienna
5gm willamette 5.5AA 30min

something dry and lower flavor
Assuming 65%BHE
1gal into the fermentor
1033 OG
1002 FG
9.7IBU
4%ABV
1lb of 2row
3oz corn sugar
4gm willamette 5.5AA 30min
