Hi all. I am about to get into trying 1 gallon all grain batches. I have been doing 5 gallon batches for a few years now and have that process down. I know I need to scale everything down by 5. No problem there. Question 1. I would like to try a no sparge BIAB on my stovetop. I know my boil off target for a 5 gallon batch is usually around 6.50 to 6.75 or so to boil down to 5.25 or so. How would I figure out my total water amount in a no sparge scenario when the grain bill is only 1.75 pounds. Also would I use a whole packet of yeast as I would in a 5 gallon batch?
