I am selling my whole brewery! I'll try to detail everything but please feel free to ask questions. This will brew 1/2bbl batches of finished beer with ease (I could get about 18 gallons finished beer while using my brewhemoth conical which will be in a separate post).

Details:
30-Gallon Stout Kettles HLT with recirc coil for the herms. 1.5" TC electric element port on the back.Sight glass and Temp thermowell w/m12 disconnect sensor.
30-Gallon Stout Kettles MLT with bottom drain and full-width false bottom - No dead space! Temp thermowell w/m12 disconnect sensor.
30-Gallon Stout Kettles BK with tangential inlet/recirc port and convex bottom for fantastic trub cone containment. 1.5" heating element port on rear. Sight glass and Temp thermowell w/m12 disconnect sensor.

(2) 5500 w all stainless brew hardware heating elements with 1.5" BH triclamp enclosures
(2) chugger stainless head pumps
(25+) 1/1.5" tri clamps
(2) 1.5" TC sight glasses
(2) 1.5" TC sanitary butterfly valves
(2) 1" TC sanitary butterfly valves
(1) 1.5" TC Sparge tube/arm that mounts inside the MLT
Duda Diesel plate chiller (part number DUHAHX-B3-36A-40ST (~18" long and 36 plate. ALWAYS immediatley backflushed with 160 degree PBW and then rinsed with clean, fresh water)
Dual carbon filters with stainless ball valve to throttle flow (morebeer and norcal parts)
Single tier mild steel stand with casters. Clear coated to minimize rust. Bottom rack sized to hold commercial bus tubs for convenience.
There are countless other random TC fittings and pieces (hose barbs for the silicone hose, etc) that are all included as well. I'd recommend replacing the silicone hose but you are also welcome to have the hose I was using.

Everything is powered with a 50-amp capable panel that is powered with a BCS-462 with wifi. I only have 30-amps of service were I was brewing so I didn't finish building it out to run dual elements. There are spare, installed Teledyne SSRs and Eaton breakers for the extra circuits. The panel is hardwired to a 50-amp spa panel for GFCI and that has a nema 14-50p to plug into your circuit. I'll get some pictures of the panel shortly as I need to dig it out.

This has been a fantastic brewery for me but I need to clear out some space and I haven't brewed in a long time. I'm sure I missed some stuff. Brewery is located in Tucson, Arizona. I have the original freight shipping boxes from Stout Kettles so you can transport it safely home. I'm sure it would be cost prohibitive to ship but if you want to tackle that I would consider it. I don't have time to do freight so you'd have to pay the packaging/palletizing fees plus truck freight.

$4,500 for the whole setup with control panel. I'll list the fermenter on a separate thread.

Here is most of the hardware. TC gaskets, pump extension cables, and temp sensor cables are included just not pictured. Let me know if anything else is missing? I think I have some spare chugger parts I'll include (internal teflon washers and impellers).

I will be heading to the Salt Lake City area next week. I don't particularly want to travel with this but I'm willing to consider it if it will help me get it sold! Kettles will transport in double heavy duty carboard boxes (they are huge!). Stand and accessory will be in the bed of the pickup.
