I'm gonna remake my Donkey Kong Strong Ale with different twist this year. Its basically a brown ale base that borders on a brown porter base, however bumped way up there.
I loved this beer as did several of my friends but, this year I think its time to make it a big brown banana beer... This time I might add a pound or two of dried cherry or raisins for then 2nd fruiting.
