I wanted to brew something similar to a Molson Export, mainly to know if I could brew a simple, clean blonde ale. It turned out probably more similar to Labatt 50, and I actually enjoy it quite a lot!

After some research, I decided to take Biermuncher's Centennial Blonde as a base, and I changed the hop schedule:

85% 2-row
10% Vienna
5% Carahell (Caramel 10)

60 min : Golding (11 IBU)
30 min: Golding (9 IBU)
0 min: Crystal (0.75 for a 4-gallon batch)

I mashed it very low (146-147) and it came out really good.
