Going to Boston and Now Orleans, what beer to I need to try?

I'm from San Francisco and going to Boston and New Orleans next month. Never been there and am wondering which beers (bottle or tap) I should try that I can't get in California.

Boston -
Hit up Trillium, (which you can do on the way to tour Harpoon brewery)

Get some Jack's Abbey - Hoponious Union, and all thier stuff is pretty great, but thier IPL's and baltic porters are the best.

Nightshift is pretty good

New england has some awesome ones.

If you like tours the sam adams one is ok, though you know the beer. Harpoon is also worth going to tour and hang out at.

If you have the chance to go do a day in portsmouth do it. Portland too. If you're here during the week go hit treehouse on a thursday night. It's worth seeing the hype train in action, and the beer is awesome.
