The dry-hop takes this beer to another level and makes it taste every hoppier than it is. I was content with the flavor additions and not going overboard with them as I knew the dry-hop would be a great compliment. This beer has strong tangerine/papaya flavor and a massive passion fruit in the aroma.

great name, one of my favorite beats of all time

getting a new kettle specifically so i can start trying all your recipes

Just bought me a pound of Chinook Ive been lookin to try it out. This might be the one. Hows the bitterness of the chinook at 15 and 10? I've heard it can be a bit much as a bittering hop

It's not sharp at all. I tend to use Chinook as a flavor hop in the recipes I have it in. They aren't as piney as CTZ and smell considerably spicier. The CTZ I used in most of my IPAs is anywhere from 12-16% alpha. This Chinook is only 11.1%.

10 gallon recipe please
Is there a reason for sparging? Can I just do my normal 12.5 gallon preboil and single infusion mash?
