Gents,

I allowed my swamp cooler to dip down to 58 for about 6 hours. Actually it was at 68 and raging bubbles overnight dropped to 58. I am going to leave a small frozen water bottle in there to raise the temp slowly. Any other advice? Primarily am wondering about any impact to flavor as a result of the temp drop. Thoughts?

Actually, S-04 tends to toss a few off-flavors above 62 to begin with. That said, dropping 10 degrees at high kraussen isn't necessarily the most desirable thing from a yeast activity standpoint. However, I wouldn't expect any perceivable off-flavors from the drop in temps.
