Since I love the flavor of Ginger and Rhubarb in a Jam I've made in the past, I thought I'd replicate that flavor and aroma in a wine. This one is turning out pretty nice to far and cleared very quickly. Cheers! Steve

Thanks for the post,
I've been doing a lot with Ginger and looking for things to supplement the straight gingerwine I've been making. I have a ton of rhubarb, so this should be perfect.
