Pressure varies with temperature, so it's not an accurate way to measure how much gas you have.
You need to look at the tare stamped on the tank. That is the weight of your tank when empty.
I have a 20# tank. The Tare is 11.33 KG or 24.97lbs. My tank is full when it is 44.97lbs.
