Hello all,
New to HBT, lurked for some time and thought id give an introduction.
My name is Alan, married, 24, enjoy beers of all types & from the little town of paris ontario. Ive been brewing nearly a year, now. Took the typical route most of you took, started with the "can + 2 lbs of sugar" recipe. That lasted about 2 or 3 batches, then straight to steeping/mini mashes.
Currently 1 all grain batch under my belt. Setup is, 2 7.5gal aluminum kettles on a gas stove top, 5 gal rubbermaid converted round cooler, and a few cornies & what not, I will have to post a few bar pics as ive built a nice bar to house the fridge & taps & what not.
And for the not so beer related stuff, im a newly graduated mechanical engineering technologist, working towards my degree. and work as a mechanical designer for a global automation/motor controls company near by..
