Keep bugs & leaves out of your wort.

Got this 18" pizza screen at Ace Mart restaurant supply. Does a great job of keeping stuff out of the Wort while letting the steam escape. I can spray water through it to prevent boilovers and it provides a great spot for my spoon that stays sanitary.

Awesome idea! I'll have to get me one of those. I'm always worried about something flying into the wort, that is the greatest idea. And when your not brewing, you can make pizza.

Good idea, My first all grain it was like attack of the bee's when my wort started to boil. Some how non ended up in it.
