    I have some US northern brewer hops and Chinook hops does anyone have a recipe I can use these with. I like to have at least 8% abv or more.

    Yeast cell count

    Made a double IPA with a OG1.094. I made a 1000mil water 1/2 cup DME yeast starter. It has been about 30hr and is fermenting well multiple bubbles every 2 to 5 sec.     Beer taste different

    Made a IPA and it taste good but I notice there is a difference in taste if I drink it at room temp it is good and after I have it in the fridge it has a little bit of a stale taste or over carbonated taste to it does any one know why

    Keg smells like soda

    Y wife got me two used kegs and it smells like soda. I have a LD Carlson easy clean and iodophor BTF sanitizer that I am going to use. I herd replacing the o-ring will help. Is there anything else I should do to get that smell out and will it make my beer smell or tast bad
