    Hey all, I'm looking to ferment some juice (any juice) that is commercially available. I really only want to do it one gallon at a time. My question is: What do I need to add to each gallon of juice. Thanks!

    what to do with extra crushed grains???

    hey all, brewing a belgian dubbel right now, but had to order an extra 1/4 lb of crushed chocolate malt due to the company's packaging. not anticipating being able to use it in a brew in the standard 2-3 month window of usefulness. therefore wondering if anyone out there knows of other things...

    IPA and Oak Chips

    So last week I brewed an IPA (got a kit online, don't remember which.) Long story short, my oak chips caught on fire and I decided to throw them away. Will my IPA be drastically different without the oak chips that it initially would have been? Thanks

    First Time Brew Last Night - A Few Questions
