    Closing the bottom port of a better bottle?

    You should always remember if you set the temp

    After a nice brew day I set my Johnson controller to 66 but completely forgot to unplug the hair dryer I was using to keep fermentation temps up. After 30 minutes it hit 131F And this is what happened Might need to grab some more better bottles. Tsk Tsk.

    I'm in GA. I'm looking to add a 3rd faucet and keg to my newly built keezer. Looking for a perlickfaucet. I currently have the 575SS. Looking to add another stainless perlick Also looking for a shank that is at least 4". Preferably over 5". And a ball lock keg or two. Thanks!
