So I brewed a batch of peach cream ale two weeks ago. I was planning on bottling today, but the airlock is still bubbling about once every 3 minutes. Am I safe to bottle this beer or should I wait?
New Belgium and Elysian got together and made a beer called Kick. Elysian contributed a pumpkin cranberry ale, and New Belgium made a sour ale. Blended 75% pumpkin cranberry and 25% sour... I love it. Probably the best fall beer I've ever had.
I am looking to brew a strawberry wheat beer, what would be a good amoun of strawberries to add for a 5 gallon batch? Should I adjust the amount of fermentables in my recipe?
I should have mentioned that I strained it... I was more worried about what material the weights are made from. It doesn't look like lead but I don't know.
